    Thought I was getting a Princess Poppy. As a gift for my 4 yr old granddaughter. When to our surprise when we unwrapped it AT HER BIRTHDAY PARTY… it was a BOY troll! My granddaughter was so upset. It ruined her day. She was so excited to get PRINCESS POPPY, just to be let down.

    The phrase "Styles may vary" needs more clarification. This doesn't mean the Poppy plush you think you are getting may look a little different than the picture. It means you may get a different character altogether. Ordered two. Got two different non-Poppy plushes.

    The item I received was dirty, I did not open until I got home, very disappointed, that they would packed a dirty item for a child. Customer service was very horrible.
