Cord simply stopped working after 2 1\2 months!

There are not frayed areas or exposed wiring. It worked one day and not the next. The cord was in a stationary location. It just stopped working. Sad!!!

Broken in less than a week.

Was great when it worked

I have been trying to contact the company without response to my calls or emails. I have contacted Best Buy and been hung up on or transferred unnecessarily without any help.
