Only 2 of three cables worked

The third cable didn't have an opening on the USB-A side of the cable, and therefore could not be plugged into a charger or port. This was a visibly obvious defect that should have never left the factory. I am writing this review 12 days after purchasing. By the time I am writing, the remaining two cables have broken.

Dead Too Soon

I used it once and it never worked again. The cord was thicker than your usual charging cable and I was hoping it meant they'd be sturdier but it wasn't the case. Even though the other two chargers haven't died yet, I won't use this brand again.

Not a reliable product!

Called Best Buy and they will not honor any type of return or credit for them. They no longer sell the product so I am thinking that it has been realized that they do not work. Not happy at all with the situation, I now have to spend more money and buy new ones.

Don't expect them to last very long

The first couple of months, one of them stopped working so I sent it to the company. They did send a replacement. However, after only a year, they have all 3 quit working. I think they should have lasted much longer than that. They were expensive ($40) but they would have been worth it IF they had lasted a lot longer. I won't buy this brand again.
