I ordered this at my boss' direction for a co-worker's computer which had inconveniently placed USB ports on the tower, located where she could not easily reach them, and at a height where her leg kept knocking into any USB device plugged into them. The included stand seemed a nice feature, which combined with the long cord described would (we hoped) allow the device to be placed on the surface of the desk. However, when the device arrived, the packaging described it as a "USB Charger". Upon opening the package, I discovered that the long cord described on the website was actually a power cord to be plugged into a wall outlet, NOT a USB cord to be plugged into one of the existing USB ports on my co-worker's computer. The only way I could get a refund for this product without paying for return shipping was to make a trip to a local Best Buy store, which could not be done until the weekend. My co-worker could not wait that long for a USB hub, so I ended up ordering a REAL USB Hub from Amazon. BestBuy.com needs to change the product title for this product on its website, and include at least one product image which clearly shows that the cord included with this product is a power cord, NOT a USB cord.

Not the best one that I have purchased in the last two years, Base is small causing it to fall over and over over.

After I paid for my items, I sat by the store outlets to test them out. All the ports seemed to work except the "C" port. It came up on my phone as an unsecure/incomplete connection. One of the employees tested the new "C" wire on a laptop that was out, and said it wasn't the wire. I exchanged the charger for another, but had same issue. I then exchanged it for one with 4 USB ports (All the same.)

It does it job i have no issues its doing its job its made in china once again and i hate that

I was surprised about it’s actual charging performance. I had bigger expectations.

It does work, the charging speed leaves a bit to be desired, but its okay.

Great product. It would have been great if it was a fast charging station.

The Just Wireless 6-Port USB Hub is a very good hub.

This had a great design and concept but does not work. Can only charge one thing at a time, tried all ports at the same time and only the top one got to charge.

After doing some research, this product is not a HUB and is not compatible with a Windows PC or Mac for use as a hub. It is simply a multi port charger.

Good design and features and it seemed good at first but it just stopped working, Will be returning it to BB for a different brand.

I bought a hub..i got a charger...those are different.

I purchased one of these on 6-6-19 for the kids to plug phones in at night. On 6-24-20 one of the kids plugged there phone in and the wire started burning. We unplugged from power and when I finally got the wire out of the charging port is was all burned up.

But I bought this and replaced It twice because it didn’t work. Green light wouldn’t turn on and obviously it didn’t charge when I plugged in my usb charging cables. Not sure if it was a bad batch they had at the store but really disappointed.

6 Ports... I plug one device in and it's "slow charging" my phone. Slow enough the battery went dead while I was using it plugged in. RETURNED

THIS IS A MISNOMER. IT IS JUST A CHARGER. NOW I HAVE TO WASTE MY TIME RETURNING IT AND SINCE I CAN'T WALK, IT IS VERY DIFFICULT.

As a charger is good I was happy , but unfortunately after 2/3 months it starts to make a noise which is was very bad !

Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews on this item. Stuck with a charger instead of a 6 port hub.
