Was damaged right away

You cannot return this to the store and when attempting to use the warranty, I was unsuccessful in my attempts to reach the company.

Awful charger

Temporary at Best

I am sorry but they started to fail with 10 months usage. I shall shop for better quality charger and cable shortly.

Has a short and I am replacing

Crap Cables

The last one I bought on October 11, 2018 and this cable quit working on October 27, 2018. It worked for 15 days. Out of the 8 that I have bought this year 3 of them lasted less than 6 weeks. This is ridiculous. I have finally decided to buy another kind of cables. I love Best Buy but they need to start selling another type of phone cable. I have to give this a star but I DO NOT WANT to.

Only good for 2 weeks

However, the bad reviews were the most accurate. After spending $30 I thought it would at least last 6 months. It went out after literally 2 weeks (16 days actually). My wife said it was messing up so we did some troubleshooting and it didn’t work with any device. I checked to make sure there weren’t any kinks or frays in the braid and there weren’t. It just stopped working out of the blue. I would not but this unless you plan on visiting the store again to exchange or get a different one.
