The first one tore up my ather quickly (although i’m sure it was mishandled). I sent it back to just wireless and they replaced it for free. This one has held up much better than the first one. If you get it for a decent price I would recommend. If not, the cheaper ones are just as good.

We had tried replacing it with a different factory cord and you guessed it. It lasted a year and started to fray also. Have had this 1 month without any problems. It does seem to be much stronger material and should hopefully last much longer than a year.
