Seems to be fast charger in one side only

When he brought it, I asked if it is super fast charging & he assured me it is. HOWEVER, it charges fast on only one side & at normal speed on the other side (receptacle)! I'm very disappointed that it is fast only on one side! I probably would not have purchased it if I had known this.
