I wish this team would come back full time. This movie holds alot more weight than the typical recent DC animated movies. Dont be weary off the characters. The story itself holds more weight than the elseworld characters appearance. Must buy for fans of DC anime. Cant beat blu ray and dvd

Mr. Timm hit the ball out of the park by bringing a fresh new perspective on a timeless classic. The "Big 3" of the Justice League really shined in their own movie with brute force and new surprises. If you are a fan on the animated Batman and JL cartoons from the 90's, then this is a must own.

This in my opinion is one of the best & original dc movies in a long while. The movie starts off with an interesting spin and takes you on a great ride. This is an adult dc movie, (due to language) but it works well and is very entertaining. This is a must see for any dc or justice league fan!

I enjoyed the movie thoroughly. I would definitely recommend the movie to any DC fan and to all children. My daughter even likes the movie and she is definitely not a comic book superhero fan. It is worth the investment and the Blu-ray edition is extremely clear.

If you don't care for the box at all, then it's okay for you to purchase online. However, I'm not going to give this product itself a bad rating only because the figure is awesome and the movie was pretty good. It's not the best movie of the DC animations but it's still worth the watch :)

Zod's kid as Superman? Kirk Langstrom as Batman? A former Female Fury as Wonder Woman? And that's just the beginning. There are so many nods to the standard DC Universe that any fan will find something to love, and who doesn't love Bruce Timm's classic animation style? A definite buy.

Not my full cup of tea. I don't mind "elseworld" type stories, but I think this takes it a step further- and that is NOT a compliment. I wish the folks at DC realized that its okay to have happy and relatively healthy heroes and that only Batman gets to brood.

good movie i put it in my top 5 of DC animated movies,def a must buy,but not for the little kids because there is a lot of violence but as an adult i loved it,this was def made for the 20 plus to 60 crowd,seeing as i have seen it with people of these ages,the animation style they used wasn't great reminded me of the old JLU cartoon show but not bad,i was hoping they would go with a style more like superman batman apocalypse, but all in all not a bad movie.I give it a 3.9 out of 5,the blue ray extra features aren't great so i def could have downloaded it or brought on dvd.Top 5 DC animated features for me are 5-JL-War 4-JL Gods and Monsters 3-JL-Flashpoint Paradox 2-Superman/Batman-Apocalypse 1-Batman-Under the Red Hood.

Impulse purchase... I couldn't wait for this flick to come out in the Redbox, I refuse to support Comcast's on demand, and I wanted the action figure, so I got it. I haven't bothered to upload the UV file into the cloud or what not, and likely never will, but I'm sure it works.

If you are a fan of alternative interpretations of famous DC characters, then this is a movie for you. If you only like the original big three DC characters, then you may be disappointed on this darker interpretation of Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman.

The new justice league movies have been superlative...but dropping in awesomeness. War was the best. Atlantis a close second (my son thinks Atlantis was better, but how do you top Darkseid). This one is good, but easily third best. I hope the trend gets turned around with #4.

I loved the story and seeing all these DC characters that I love in a completely new light. The story actually really kept me guessing. This animation style also made me long for the old Justice League Unlimited cartoons originally done by Bruce Timm.

This film was just as dark and gritty as Justice League: Flashpoint Paradox. I think anyone who is a fan of DC Elseworlds will enjoy this movie. Also, just to give a potential buyer a heads up, this film is not for children. Some characters were dismembered in this film...

I really enjoyed this feature from DC and Bruce T. The part with the NEW Gods was great! And hopefully you get the connection with both of the Batmans stories. If you're open minded for a new adventure you'll enjoy the ride! Now I'm just hoping for a sequel!

This tittle was a nice departure from the usual stories you see about classic action taken by most comic book heroes. I did not know the outcome of the movie until the very end. The characters performed unique superpowers not seen by them before. .

The DC animated movies continue to be solid effort, but always seem to come up just short of fantastic. This latest effort is no different. Well animated and expertly scripted, the story is engaging but as I said before, comes up short of superb.

This is so good! What if ZOD was Supermans dad?? What if Batman was actually a vampire?? This take on the DC universe characters is truly awesome. A must own and an awesome addition to the DC Animation universe. I look so forward to these films, and I'm a huge fan!

I had no idea what this was about before watching it, I assumed it was gonna be a crossover but I was pleasantly surprised and this is the first dc movie in a while where I had no idea what was going on and what was going to happen, I loved it.

This is not a kid movie! Gods and Monsters tells of a very different Justice League. These are not the heroes we grew up with but WOW it is compelling. The costume designs and backgrounds are very unique but it all becomes very familiar to the JL we know and love.

This story is original and wonderful. It tells a new and twisted tale of the DC universe. This ain't your Fathers Trinity, The Toy is ok, but buy this movie by any means if you want something different and beaufiful in your DCAU collection.
