Music was good but the phone part is poor quality and static

Got this for my bf for work and he loves it! He’s able to multitask efficiently

Not Well Designed. The sound isn't bad, but it feels floppy and cheap. The earbuds don't retract and the magnets on them aren't strong enough. So, when not in use, there is no real way to nest them. It needs something to bring them back in to the body, otherwise they are just flopping around and getting tangled in clothes. I regretted buying them after their first use.

I lost my headphones and don't usually purchase headphones from best buy. I usually go to the cellular store. I was not disappointed with this purchase at all.

Purchased a pair and they are cheap $49. They don’t vibtate which is fine. They don’t tell you where the battery level is at when you power them on so you don’t know if they are charged all the way or about to die. The biggest CON is they REFUSE TO CONNECT TO CALLS. I will literally be listening to music on the headphones and they wont connect to the call so I have to use my phone or speaker phone option on 90% of the calls. The other 10% of calls they connect just fine. Very decent sound for music. People who speak to me through the headphones say it sounds like I am down a hallway and is muffled. They also pick up any and all background noise and not my voice so I have to be in a very quiet atmosphere to talk on the phone. In a store , gym, mall, or by a television just kills the calls. These suck. I wouldnt wish these on anyone. They are good for music and thats where it ends.

Sorry JVC this review should be also directed to Best Buy. I bought this headphone at a Best Buy on an overnight layover to Africa. I found out immediately that they were dead out of the box and would not charge. Unfortunately my flight was first thing the next morning so I had no time to return these. The day after I returned home from Africa (15 days after this purchase) I went to Best Buy to return these. NOPE- our return policy is 14 days no flexibility. However now Best Buy has come up with a very customer unfriendly way to match the return policy of most other stores and that is to PAY an annual fee for the privilege of being able to return an item within 30 days. Well, that was the last straw, I did used to enjoy Best Buy but they seem to be removing anything that remotely looks like customer service. Be smart and shop elsewhere where customer service still exists.

It takes a minute to connect with phone. So when I call or receive a call the caller is saying hello hello before it connects. But for the price it does what’s needed.

Filling this out cause you keep sending me emails prompting review and i want the emails to stop. But headphones are fine.

The base in conical instead of cylindrical; thus, they don't want to stay in my ears. I can hear people fine, but sometimes people can't hear me. But that is the way that all non-landline products are.

Kind of an all right product. Stop working after a couple of months and of course out of warranty

Bought these for my father inlaw and he uses them everyday. He loves them. Definitely a good purchase

These headphones perform really well. I am pleased with them.

It seems to work okay. The ear pieces are uncomfortable and wont stay in. Cords keep getting wrapped in my shirt

These blootooth JVC headphones work great!! This would be my 2nd pair I purchased only because I loss the 1st pair

Difficult to put in ear ….keeps falling out….volume does not get high enough….difficult to see and use controls…..sorry I bought….cannot use…..gave it away.

Great with Geek Squad assistance on volume control. Nice to use in public.
