Worthless! The directions are hard to read and unclear for someone who is not technology oriented. The buttons to click what you need are so small and one cannot tell if it is working. The plastic is flimsy and not sturdy. I would not recommend this Wireless Headphone to anyone. I will be returning this headphone and will not buy on without very good directions.

Returned the product, wasn't completely what I wanted... The wires got in the way as I exercised.

Finally a headset that works great and easy to stay in your ears

Worst product ever! Purchased this one, it quit after a week. Replaced it with the same kind thinking it was a fluke... nope, the new one lasted maybe a week.

I didn’t really like this product. It didn’t work and the buttons to go up and down were not working good. We. Even called and they said to take it back.

It sounds like talking and listening thru a walkie talkie. When on a phone call, on my end it was crackly and distorted and the person on the other end of the call reported the same. I would not recommend these.

Not a fan of this bluetooth headset. Hearing people when talking on the phone is either a hit or miss. And several days later it does not connect to my phone! Not satisfied with this purchase!

Horrible product, broke less than a year old. Contact JVC, because every pair i get stop working on one side. Won't buy again

I had a pair of these for years and they finally broke. This replacement isn't as good as the 1st pair. Not sure why they crackle at times when I'm listening to them.

These were good for a while then they just stopped working.

These broke (i.e. the left side went completely silent) exactly 32 days after my purchasing them. Caveat emptor... Best Buy did not return/exchange mine.

The spunds is bad, the calls are with the volume super low. I don't hear people well and people hear me like i am holding the microphone somewhere under my clothes
