Unlike several pairs of headphones I have had in the past the audio is awesome and the battery life exceeds 12 hours

Simple design, easy to use. Pretty good sound for their size.

The JVC Neckband Bluetooth plays good music and clear mic, but connectivity is VERY POOR. On my calls, it intermittent. It connects to a call and then disconnects. This happen often. If all you want to do is play music, it is excellent. If you also want to use it to answer your cell, good luck.

This is my second set in 3 years. The battery life is amazing and the noise cancelling is really good for the work I do with compressor noises.

Really good sound and battery life I use it daily as a truck driver and its way better than the expensive BP Bluetooths!

Had a set of Skullcandys give up the ghost (second time) and they had none in stock so I picked these. Very happy with these!! Much better bass. I usually only listen to podcasts but can't seem to get away from music on Pandora and Spotify now. I also like the fact you can change up the bend point on the earphone leads. If I remember to do this on occasion they should last a good long time compared to the Skullcandys.

Love my JVC Bluetooth earbuds. I have two Ipads and an Iphone and it's a breeze to activate the earbuds with any of the devices. Wish I had gone Bluetooth ages ago. The JVC has pretty good audio but I may have to splurge and try something a little fancier one of these days. Best Buy has a wide selection to choose from.

Bought these for my husband. He loves them! His old ones broke so these were a replacement of the same headphones.

Just a regular Neckband Wireless headphone. Nothing really cool for the price. Comparing to $15-$20 headphones, they both are same.

I purchased a pair on 4/18/23 and they stopped working in August of 2023. JVC shipped me a replacement pair however, the 2nd pair quit working in June of 2024. When I contacted JVC I was told that since the original 1 year warranty was up they will do nothing to repair or replace. The supervisor (Leslie) I spoke with told me I have to call Japan to speak with someone above him.
