    I regret to say im disappointed in the quality. I can hear others speaking but often they can not hear me clearly. I've had LG Tone in the past and whomever I'm speaking with can hear me and my background! Other than that the product is good and sturdy.

    Difficult to pair. I have to use my phone settings every time I activate pairing. also, the earbuds keep falling out. The rubber bulb is too big for my ears and they don't stay in, especially if I lean forward.

    Volume fluctuates ever song change. Does not have a true 12 hour charge it only lasts for about 8.

    These earpiece are really good for the phone and/or the TV Bluetooth connection. I have bought 2 of these earpieces and they have been very good, but unfortunately they are going out right after the warranty expires.
