The buttons just let me increase or decrease the volume. I cannot change the music. The neck design good but I just use for workout. There are not many features. It's a basic one.

Sometimes it takes a while for the device to connect to my cell phone or it may lose the connection and take a while to get it back.

Great Headphones

Not many headphones on the market sit on your neck anymore, lots of ear buds and thats just not great for someone with compromised dexterity.

I DO NOT recommend this item at all. All he did was wear them then ine morning he got up and they wouldnt even turn on they won't even charge and we used the charging cable that came with it. I bought a 15 dollar pair and they last a whole year so let that make sense to you.

Also, folks on the other end of the phone said that I sounded "distant." I was wearing it around my neck in the normal fashion. I tried it because I was having trouble finding a better one with the same format - over the neck module and not just a wire... Also, AirPods are certainly the goto, but they are a pain to keep in your pocket when not using.
