Terrible ear buds

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These earbuds are horrible The magnets do not work and constantly are dangling every time the set is turned off or on the volume resets to lower than half so you're constantly having to turn them back up they will not reconnect once you're in a vehicle and the vehicle's Bluetooth has connected you get back out of the vehicle and cannot get the reconnect and have to shut them off and on again reset them you're constantly having to turn them off and on wish I would have not purchase these from you

Bluetooth connection is easy. Music quality below average. Calls=deplorable...they can not hear you. Whoever designed these headphones needs to go back to the drawing board & redo, this time for humans not birds. Wires too short, you must have a mouth on the side of your NECK to utilize the mic.

The first day i charged it, it lasted for about 10 mins then it went dead. I tried charging it again and as soon as i removed it from its charging source it went dead. I actually returned it a two days after purchase.

It doesn't let you know that you are paired or unpaired. Also the neck collar is to flexible. It doesn't stay in one place.
