Poor quality, could be much better

The silicone caps did not stay tight in my small ears, and I wore the smallest in the pack. They wouldn't stay connected to my new Samsung phone. And the sound quality was mixed. My music was very quiet on right side, was I found strange. And the wires don't stay put around your neck. They kept falling off while I was bending up and down to load the wash machine, and pick things off the floor, as they're too short. Which became very irritating. My suggestion...make the wires several inches longer so that they STAY PUT around the front.

Poor sound
