Short battery life

You would think that these ear pieces are made for workouts but after one run I lost the one ear. After the third the other piece. Independently the control is to bulky and heavy so that it constantly bounces around. Save your money and invest into a good pair. Stay away. Not what I expected from JVC.

Bad product

I bought one for exercise/running purposes and was able to use it for about a week and it stopped working. It won't recharge. I went to have it exchange for another one. The second one worked for two weeks and same thing happened.

Fully charged and on my fourth workout they just shut off and did not turn back on. While connected to a charger the status light doesn't even light up.

The rechargeable battery failed after only 4 weeks of use. Unfortunately, the return period has passed. Sorry to see JVC quality has gotten this bad.
