Sound cuts in and out - too big over the ears

If you an have an iPhone connected to it, the sound cuts in and out randomly on both sides. I have yet to find a brand that doesn’t do this with the iPhone - except for AirPods . The ear pieces that go over the ear are just WAY too BIG. I have “normal” sides ears and they don’t even make contact on top of my ears. I’d definitely recommend going with a different brand.

JVC HAEC25TB

I purchased these wireless earbuds for every day use. The tap functionality is weary at best, and the sound in the left ear has gotten so low that I can barely hear it now. I wear them at work and generally only use the left ear so that I can still hear whats going on around me. Over the last two weeks, I had to switch to the right ear, which is beginning to fade as well after less than ten days. Battery life is good, and the connectivity is usually pretty good as well. However, I would not recommend buying these earbuds.
