Very Basic

They are fine if all you need to do is hear Audio with no real need for quality. They really should be cheaper. I hate the way they fit on my ears; they keep falling off whenever I wear glasses or a mask. I will say they last a decent amount of hours before dying.

Absolute garbage!

One earbud sounded really low and I reset it over and over and over again, as per the customer service instructions, didn’t work. Even during the reset process, the one that still kinda worked started messing up. The connectivity to the case was terrible as well because of the design and always had charging issues. JVC gave me convoluted instructions for the warranty and I said forget it. Instead I bought new over the ear Erazer translator earbuds from TikTok of all places in Jan. My Erazer earbuds still work great unlike this JVC garbage. Avoid these earbuds.
