I like to use these at night and the light can be a nuisance. I think the sound is OK at best. I originally purchased these for exercising, I returned them.

These are great if you want a basic earbud with no options. The sound quality was okay and would be great for those who just need something for running or working out but don't expect anything more.

Very cheap ear buds in both ways.

The sound quality was below average. There was no button on the ear buds to pause or power off. I only used it once and return them.
