Just an aggravation

We've been back to the store for assistance, watched online how-to videos, etc. We've tried every device in the house. It's very discouraging.

Terrible design. Connecivity issues.

Wrong. Terrible design. Second use right side would not connect. Nothing would fix that. Fit was terrible. Very difficult to insert or remove from ears or case withou pressing the touch sensitive buttons. You can easily find better at this price point or lower.

Too big, but good battery

As they fall out constantly. The hook will not stay behind my ear too big.
