works as the product should but not fitting in my ear and the part that over the ear you can't adjust to fit snugly, I lost one jogging

what i think about this product while using it the time i had it was a good quality iteam and the audio while using the item was good exception

These are way too big for my ears, fall off if I bend over or they get bumped. I am 5'10" middle aged not a small child, maybe they were made for men? There is almost half an inch between the top of my ear and the part that is supposed to sit on it. The enclosed earbuds come in multiple sizes, all of which are too big. I have found these things true of other brands, glad I didn't spend more, must just have small ears. Sound is good for audiobooks, but for music it's tinny and even with EQ adjustments the sound is thin and missing bandwidth.

When I just made the purchase and started using everything seemed good with them, a week after using the battery they are only lasting 4 to 5 hours my dissatisfied with them.

Bought as a second pair. Sound quality is ok, but could improve. Touch controls are very sensitive. Over the ear fit is a little tricky especially if wearing grasses.

Wouldn't stay connected to my phone worked then stopped working worked and stopped working

Fit is ok but has very poor volume. Very disappointing, cheap earbuds are much louder

The pieces the go over the ear are ill fitting. Too long and flimsy. Sound is good though buds constantly slip out of ear

They don’t stay wrapped around your ear too well I find they constantly fall off .not good

Tone and volume is moderate. Sound improvement needed.

They’re not too bad, but for the price they’re a little too flimsy. They would work well as a good back up pair, but not as your main pair..

I have to keep resetting. my wife's similar firecore buds shut off when put in the charging case, but mine does not so if my gym bag is in my car and I get a call, the call goes to the headphones instead of the car's bluetooth. I go to use the headphones at the gym and it wont pair or one side doesn't work. Best buy replaced the first set this happened to and made me purchase a new service plan! What a rip off.

Terrible product didnt fit well hard to work wouldn't connect easily to Bluetooth never buy again .

Pretty basic wireless earbuds, with some additional features. Noise canceling is basic, battery life is ok. Nothing fancy . Basic

Sound is decent for the price. Had to lower the rating because the hooks that go around the ear is flimsy. They don’t fit around my ears.
