The sound began going out on the left, then the right, then completely went out all together. Now, I have to start the process of returning them, which I am sure will be a pain.

Left Phone stopped working 40 days after buying it

The Support team at www.bestBuy.com told me to come to the store again to have an In-Store repair with the GeekSquad, and they told me to contact the manufacturer. What a copmplete waste of time. Also, the Headphones are really a pain to connect to anything. You need to have the headphones inside the case to connect thru the bluetooth device.

Poor fit

The over ear piece seemed to not hold its shape well.
