    I love this company but I hate this product. First of all the sound quality is very poor- 2nd they hurt my ears. I’ve worn ones similar to this before with no issues / but these - HORRIIBLE!

    They worked fine, until they didn’t. The sound began going out on the left, then the right, then completely went out all together. Now, I have to start the process of returning them, which I am sure will be a pain.
