We bought this for my dad so he could use it while he’s at work to talk on his phone or listen to music when he wanted and he could never get them to sync or be able to talk on them.

JVC HA-EC25T Fitness Series I have another pair of JVC Buds model HA-A10T that I love their sound. They are true ear buds and do not have the loop feature this new model has to keep the buds firmly on the body. The EC25T’s with the loop feature work very well. The loops give you the extra security that will make these almost impossible to lose during any activity. The loop doesn’t annoy or make them uncomfortable. You need to make sure you are using the proper ear cushion size to get the best fit for the best base reproduction. This is true for any ear bud to get the best sound, but the loop feature on these makes that a little more difficult. I found that a simple twist of each bud after looped over the ear makes them fit into my ears more tightly for better sound. There is a sound mode available by holding the right ear touch sensor for a long hold to toggle between Normal, Bass, and Clear. Normal mode sounds good with clear highs and minimal bass. Bass mode adds that extra punch of bass that I was missing. Clear is what it says, very minimal bass and clear sound. I really like the Bass mode and it makes these sound much closer to what I am used with my older A10T’s. The other touch gestures for Volume, Pause, and track change all work as intended. Pause is simply done by one touch to either ear piece. The storage/charge case can fit a jean’s pocket but it is wider and longer than other buds in order to accommodate the size of the ear loops. It is not any thicker so that is why it can still fit a pocket. The case lid is spring loaded to stay closed. I do need to use my fingernail to get the case open; there is not a defined place to open with a finger. The case is recharged via a USB C cable and is easily accomplished with a flashing light on the case that stops blinking when it’s fully charged. CONCLUSION: Sound is good. Base is improved when using the “Bass” sound mode. Highs are clear and base is there when the fit is correct. I find them comfortable in fit and comfortable in sound when listening for long periods. The touch controls work well and are predictable. These are water resistant with IPX5 rating, but not fully water proof. The buds use Bluetooth 5.1 and the range is good for me, up to 25-30 feet. Connections are made when you remove the buds form their case. Battery life is advertised for 7.5 hours per bud and 30 hours including recharging them back in the case. Recharge time in the case is about 2 hours and the case recharge is about 3.5 hours. These are very good run times for units this small. I would definitely recommend these for anyone needing a secure fitting set of buds that have very decent sound and are comfortable. At this price point these are definitely worth looking at.

They are very comfortable in my ear. Battery life is not the best I would say max 2-3hrs. Sometimes will disconnect or not even connect to my Iphone.

Can't get the left side to work , Have tried to pair them several times the left side always fails.

I had to return this product twice. Did exchange it with no question. The inconvenience was not worth the effort. I did switch brands of headphones. Not recommended

no longer working only after short usage sound was always pretty low after maybe a week and there were some issues with pairing them or having to factory reset

Doesn't charge well, the ear pieces do not connect to the charge post. When it does and I have the chance to use it for all of 5 min, sound is good.

These buds don't charge well... The wrap around component doesn't fit well into the case and causes the buds to lift from the charger....

I fortunately this was not good. It keeps slipping away from my ear.

Sound quality is awful and bass is non-existent. Skip this and get a higher quality option. The cost will be worth it.

Battery life is horrible. I usually get four maybe five hours before I have to recharge it. Otherwise sound quality is average

At first these seemed good, what they wouldn't pair with an unfortunate inconvenience, and the way the LEDs are used a little awkward. But over time the ear pieces fit into the charging case less well, interfering with each other and preventing charging (that the LEDs don't show how much of). Now they've fumbled connecting to themselves. A very regrettable buy.

Buttons are oversensitive.can't wear a hat while running or the music gets paused repeatedly. Can only wear them for indoor workouts.

Watched my grandson that was enthused with these headphones that he could ware when he mowed and cleaned yards without losing them!

For the price, these earbuds are decent. The sound quality for music is definitely not as nice as I would like. However, voices such as phone calls and audiobooks have excellent sound quality. Probably what lacks the most for music is bass. I feel like the sound is mostly mid to high range with very little lows, so there is a lack of fullness. The charger case is nice, compact, and sturdy enough to be thrown in a bag. The earbuds themselves are really comfortable to wear and stay perfectly in place with the ear loops. I wore them for an entire day and had zero discomfort or issues with them falling out. The batteries lasted about 8 hours before needing to be charged. For earbuds, that is pretty good. Additionally, I talked on the phone for one of those hours. When it came to sound quality of the call. My friend said my audio actually sounded better than a more expensive headset I switched in between for comparison. I would definitely recommend these for phone calls. The fact that they can be used independently of each other is a huge plus. Either bud can be used by itself. When I turn on the opposite bud, it instantly connects with no delay. The Bluetooth range is identical to all other Bluetooth devices I use. For whatever reason, that is precisely about 2 feet short of the length of my apartment. I can walk around basically the entire apartment, cleaning or talking on the phone while the handset is plugged in, charging. While I wish I could get the extra 2 feet, these buds are no better or worse than all others I have tested for range. Considering Bluetooth is not meant for long distances, the 30-40 foot range with walls in between is pretty good. Setup is simple because they pair when pulled from the case if they do not find a familiar device. From there, they instantly show on my phone to be paired. The one negative with setup/control is that volume up is 3 quick taps of the button. That has to be done for each volume up increment. Volume down is 2 taps. I would have liked an easier way of doing that. At the end of the day, if the goal is to have some comfortable earbuds for phone calls, podcasts, or audiobooks while exercising, these are a great option. I would not recommend them if the primary goal is high quality for music.
