These headphones are awesome. Quality is great, price point is spot on, and they are just a really nice all around product. I only look for this hook style type of earbuds anymore. They are still truly wireless but have the hooks to keep them in place and prevent you from losing them throughout your day or while exercising. This is what makes them, in my opinion, the best functional style of headphones there is. The hooks add that extra level of assurance that you won’t lose one while going about your day. Made from high quality but lightweight and very comfortable materials. These come with 3 convenient ear bud silicone sizes to ensure the perfect fit – even comes with the “open” silicones for safer use so that you can hear some background noise going on around you. Charging case with standard usb charging to keep you going for up to 30 hours total. Lithium-ion batteries will play for 7.5 hours continued play time with 3 extra charges in the case. Works well with no trouble getting contacts connecting to charge the buds. Bluetooth setup is easy once you get them paired initially and then all you have to do is remove them from the case and they power on and connect automatically to whatever the last connected device was. I don’t sweat this much but nice to know they are IPX5-rated waterproof so you can sweat all you want or feel safe about them getting wet to clean after a hard work out or even use out in the rain if you’re really hardcore. Sound quality is great, clear highs and decent bass for their size. Has 3 built in equalizer modes for Normal, Bass or Clear.

I've had a complete JVC house system for almost 30 years and it still sounds better than most everything out today! Thought I'd take a gamble and see if they still had the same great quality today with these ear buds. Out of the box and on the ear they're very comfortable and with the behind ear piece, it holds them firmly and secure. Safe for whatever activity or task you have at hand. They are easy to use by touch commands. They're water resistant and come with 3 different ear piece sizes. Small, Medium, and Large and two for each size so that one will work. They're very simplistic in design, no big bells or whistles. Just a nice set of ear buds. They come with a really nice compact charging case and USB cord. It's quoted as having a 30 hours (7.5 for the ear buds themselves and 22.5 for the charging case itself) on one charge of the battery's life but I never came close to using it that long as of yet and still have battery life after using these for a few hours a day at least 5 days in a row now. The sound quality is great and has 3 different available sound modes. I really like the auto power off option in case you forget to cut them off and you don't completely drain your battery. It has Bluetooth Version 5.1 giving it a very reliable and stable connection as well. Overall a nice little baller on a budget earbud set that you can enjoy and not break the bank. Would recommend to others I quite enjoyed them

Really 4.5 stars - great workout earbuds

Really wish there was a rating between 4 and 5 stars. These are better than a 4 but not quite up to a 5. First they connect with easy to the apple and Microsoft eco systems, sorry don't have any androids but would assume no problems. As for the comfort I did have to change out the installed tip to take advantage of the noise canceling features, I typically don't but did in this case (not a problem and there were the normal option provided in the box). They stay secure in my ears tough both a workout and a fairly aggressive bike ride - really pleased with that. As for the overall sound it's not bad and probably better than anything else in this price range , I would recommend use the bass boost setting and otherwise they can be a bit underwhelming. The noise canceling it is about what I expect from earbuds. It's not great but does a decent job of filtering out most background sounds. As far as battery life it seemed to be adequate, I used a for up to 4 hrs without them dying and not sure how much longer they would last but you can always pop them back into the case to recharge. I will say after a week of moderate use I just had to put the case back on to charge. The only real drawbacks are the case size - it's really larger however not sure it could be much smaller and still fit the ear pieces - didn't have a problem in the gym but out the bike had to make room for them. The only other issues is the tap system for pause-play/forward-back/volume up-down. It's a one/two/three tap system. The one and three taps registered correctly almost every time however the two tap more often than not registered as one tap twice. Not a major problem setting around or in the gym however on the bike a bit of a pain

There was insufficient directions on how to use the device. I tried to get more information online using the link supplied and it too was not at all helpful. I do not like these headphones and would not recommend anyone to purchase them.

After 3-4 uses the right ear bud with ick working. After troubleshooting on the manufacturer website, the light pattern of the broken one meant they needed to be returned. Not good.

Within two weeks, four uses, the right headphone stopped working. I’ve spent numerous hours trying to troubleshoot. I emailed JVC a week ago and haven’t heard back. They weren’t very comfortable and if you’re someone who suffers from migraines these may be a trigger.

These may be perfectly fine, but I am returning these because they are not noise cancelling. I checked JVC's website just to make sure and they do not list this model of earbuds as noise cancelling. They are mislabeled on Best Buy's website.
