Left earpiece never worked. Not worth the hassle to return.

We wetr warned about this item, we still got it, one side lost sound.

Received my JVC earbuds and honestly didn't expect much for the reasonable price. However was I ever surprised! These are really awesome! Included is a short USB-C to USB charging cord but you will need to provide your own 5V charger. Also they include 3 pair of black and 3 white silicone ear tips in sizes Small, Medium and Large. I was able to use the black factory attached ones which are Medium and they fit my ears fine. The buds use Bluetooth 5.1 and was accompanied by a clearly written instruction sheet. It took me about 2.5 hours to fully charge and a solid white dot shows on front of the case when they are ready. Next I searched for JVC HA-EC25T from the Bluetooth device list on my iPhone. The buds flash slowly and connected flawlessly. On the outside of the ear piece areas are touch sensors and you can use each independently of each other - a feature I love for phone talking. The touches are very light taps as follows: On the right earbud press 1x for play/stop. 2 taps for fast forward and 3 taps for reverse. One the left bud 1x for play/stop. 2x for volume and 3x for louder volume. You also have 3 sound mode choices: Normal, Bass and Clear. I tried all 3 modes and the music sounded super nice with plenty of richness and bass, especially on rock. The Normal was good for softer music and because I use these mainly for phone conversations the Clear mode was excellent! Voices were easily understood and the callers all said they had no issues hearing me at all. Ease of operation was exceptional compared to some other buds I've tried in the past. I really enjoy the ear hook styling as they feel very secure and oh so comfortable. I wore them for 7 hours straight and felt no discomfort plus they hold a charge beautifully for hours on end. Now all our ears are shaped differently but for me they worked out perfect. The one thing I do wish JVC would have done is placed some non-slip strips for gripping on bottom of the charging case. It does slide around too easily on my nightstand plus they could offer a longer charging cord, but honestly these are just very minor complaints and would not stop me from buying them! All in all, especially for such a reasonable cost, these JVC HA-EC25T earbuds are a superb buy! I am quite pleased and JVC certainly outdid themselves with quality, especially if you are into sports. No worries about them falling out! I highly recommend their purchase!

Review for JVC SportsTrue Wireless HAEC25T Earbuds I’ve found these earbuds are my favorite for exercise. They are sweatproof and can stand up to a little bad weather. Note: they are not waterproof - not built for the pool or the shower! They fit snuggly in your ear for really impressive sound with the option of three tip sizes, but also come with three additional “open air” tips for use when you want more awareness of your surroundings. Pairing the buds with your device via Bluetooth is straightforward and fast. Once paired, the buds power up and reconnect quickly when you take them out of the case. Replacing them in the case turns them off. I like the simple interface and built-in features; the single taps for most common commands make answering a call or playing/pausing a tune quick and easy. The buds are rated for eight hours of use on a charge and when the case is fully charged, it can provide an additional 22 hours of usage — a whopping 30 hours total! I do have to say, the case for these buds is slightly larger than similar buds, but I actually like the fact that this allows the buds to go into the case with the left one on the left side and the right one on the right side. Seems silly, but so many of the smaller cases make you swap them left to right and then remember to “unswap” them when you take them out. If you like, you can also use just one of these buds at a time, which gives you twice the play time as well as more awareness of your surroundings -not great for music, but perfect for any voice task.

Quit working after a month. The right one will not connect.

None of the ear attachments fit me well. I may be Shrek!
