Great for flying!

Worked great for a flight, adequate noise cancelling I was able to turn on music or a show on netflix and not be disturbed by the noise of the plane or the other people around me. Sound quality is totally fine for 15 dollars.

Poor in-store service

I've been to the store several times recently and encountered thankless service. I was in the checkout line with several others and decided to assist the one person in the online pickup line before me. He was waiting for the clerk to assist the customer before him. I suppose the online pickup receives higher priority than those purchasing in the store. As I was waiting, I wondered why I chose to return to Best Buy for my purchases. With Amazon speeding up deliveries locally, I will purchase more products through Amazon and other retailers rather than be subjected to poor store service.
