I have been using it to make phone calls and listen to music. The sound output is decent, and people have told me that they hear much less or no noise compared to before when I was using another phone headset. Cord has gotten twisted a lot, but seems more durable than cheaper headsets. Don't know how long these are supposed to last, but so far have not detected any drop in quality over a month, using it daily.

I love these gumi earphones. They stay in my ears and the sound is great. Also I can find them easier because of their color.

As I like to play Destiny with others and like to do so on a budget these headphones were a great way to plug into the controller. They work extremely well and I can also use them with my phone. Great compromise for those expensive headsets.

I needed to purchase a new headset for my phone since my old one had broke. I went to a couple of Verizon stores, and they were selling headsets for at least $30. I wasn't really willing to pay more than half of that, so I decided to head to a Best Buy Mobile store to see what they had. I explained to the associate that I wanted earbuds with a microphone, and she immediately pointed me towards the GUMY earbuds, which were the cheapest. There were a couple others that were more expensive than these GUMY earbuds, but were less expensive than the ones at the Verizon stores. I decided to purchase these GUMY earbuds. It was only about $11, and it satisfied my needs. The associate also offered a $5 protection plan of some sort where if for some reason the earbuds didn't work in the next two years, Geek Squad would be happy to replace it at no additional cost. I decided to go with this protection plan since I had a feeling these earbuds could go out anytime (plus $16 is still not a bad price for earphones like that). I've used these earbuds everyday both for listening to music AND talking on the phone, and I haven't had any problems with them at all. The earbuds may be uncomfortable for your ears if you wear them for a long time so try not to use them too much. Also, for some reason, the microphone on these earbuds doesn't work when I connect it to my laptop even though it works when I connect it to my phone. I'm not too disappointed, however, because it turns out my previous headset was like that too. Definitely go for these if you want some cheap earphones for both music AND talking on the phone!

This product is much better and more comfortable than the Iphone 5 original earbuds. Securely fits the ears. Doesn't come off if you're working out (cardios and weights). Noise isolation is quite good for the price. Not recommended if you're out in the streets due to probability of accidents.

I needed a cheap pair of headphones that I use to cut the grass. The quality is much better than expected and I don't have to worry about taking care of them. The only thing I would complain about is that there are no volume controls on the wire like my other pair.

This is the second set of these I have purchased - they fit well and function flawlessly - I can hear my audio very well yet they don't completely block what I need to hear in the environment... I am fairly hard on them and they last quite well under the abuse. Great value for the price

Excellent sound quality on these bad babies, and they actually stay in your ears WITHOUT falling out! The microphone feature is very nice as well. Skimp on the price but NOT the quality..a great buy and perfect alternative to more expensive headphones!!

These headphones are strictly used for work purposes. The sound quality is good, but any movements will cause them to fall out repeatedly which can be annoying. I would recommend them for everyday use though, not for exercise.

Ok I will be honest I purchased these because they were cheap and I needed a replacement set of earbuds for another set of headphones. But, what I found was that these earbuds have an amazing sound and what makes them more amazing is that the cost with below $6. I've purchased for more sets of these to give to children who have lost their earbuds that came with their phones and I have had no complaints.
