I had a $5 Best Buy Reward coupon that I wanted to use up, and I wanted to find something cheap to minimize my spending that day. I remembered I needed a pair of headphones that I could use on the go for both office and gym. Took a look at the headphones section and noticed this pair of Gumy's. I heard some good things about them already, and decided to jump the bandwagon and see what the fuss was about. They definitely met/exceeded my expectations. For the price, they are definitely something that you should pick up if you want something of good quality build, but not spend a fortune. I use these for both office, travel, and gym use, and they are much easier to carry around then some of the bulkier headphones that I have. Sound quality is very good (again, for what you pay for), and they fit very comfortably in my ears (there are a choice of other earbuds that they provide, but the ones that were already installed worked just fine for me). Cuts out the ambient noise when wearing them, so you can hear music much more clearly. The only gripe I have is the short length of the cord. I would have liked it to be a bit longer (there were times where I've accidentally jerked the cord due to misinterpreting the length of the cord), but I have an extension cord from another pair of headphones that I used back in the day to compensate for its length. I have not tried out the microphone feature, but I am sure that it's OK (again, don't expect superb voice quality compared to more expensive headsets).

cheap and affordable and works fine . jvc earphones are not bad
