My 1st pair of wireless earbuds and so far so good. Good sound and clarity. The only issue is on Google meet I get a crackling sound every so often.

These aren't bad for the price point, but spending a bit more would probably be a good idea. If I am sitting and using these they are fine, but when I'm moving around and have my phone in my pocket I have an issue with intermittent sound loss. The headphones don't fully disconnect from Bluetooth but I the audio cuts out. Makes these basically useless for taking a walk which was the main reason I purchased them.

These earbuds setup easily and have great reception. There a so many accessible functions with at your fingertips. Delighted with my purchase.

Didn't last long before the right ear stopped working and the left ear eventually stopped charging

The best wireless headphones I ever had. The bluetooth connection range is extraordinary. This is my second purchase of these headphones. One for me and I gifted another one to my wife. Who also loves the headphones.

Pretty good product, not exactly ideal for working out b/c they don't fit snugly in my ear and move around especially when seating. They are better for stationary listening although they are waterproof and marketed as workout ear buds

Bought this for my 11 year old son. This is an entry level pair of ear buds that are good for kids.

Cool earbuds but the sound kinda takes a quick halt every now then. I’m guessing it’s Bluetooth issues? but cool nonetheless

Got these for my daughter and she loves them. I am getting ready to buy some for myself. Battery life is good. Sound quality is just right.

Disappointing! They seemed okay until I tried to increase the volume, but no double tapping seems to work. The volume is too low and I don't seem to be able to adjust it even though the instructions say it should just be a double tap on the right bud. The instruction sheet is very poorly done, but there is a webpage with more clear instructions. It just doesn't seem to help the volume issue.

Average earbuds decent quality sound good for cellphone not for stereo

These connected easily to my phone, and the sound quality is as good as my "wired" Apple ear pods. For storage/recharging, the buds snap into the case. The case has a built-in battery, so you can recharge buds even if you don't have a power outlet nearby.

The product is okay. I still have problems with callers hearing me, but for music it is great.

Ear buds are nice has great sound for music and phone works well but not one other application of this product works for the app you have to download does not work at all, literally nothing will work with these buds because of the faulty application they have not fixed and no available or upcoming updates and talking with components reps. Would have returned but got them on sale hope Ins that someday they will fix the application. Best Buy and all those selling this product should take them off the selves until such is fixed but as said, compony has no up coming update so DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT thinking of all the features it has would be awesome if they worked but for now not worth the price at this point for just music and phone. Sound is wonderful though. So because of the issues the value is poor ease of use is poor quality is great because of the sound just all the features it should have for sound does not work Or any other features because of the application

It works well so far, considering the cost. It pairs wth my phone with no problems, but it does not pair with my computer.

Easy to use and link to phone. Sound is ok, in line with similiar priced headphones I've used. Charging and case seem fine.

Good product. occasionally disconnect from the phone for no particular reason. sound quality ok overall for the price.

Great tool - most of the time. Every once in a while the levels will get wonky, but that may be interference from my audio setup.
