They suck. I will not be getting anymore. The right one only works if the left one is in.

Trash! I had to hold my phone in my hand just to have a bad experience! Call and music just goes in and out! I know these were cheap and I going got them when I walk around my local park and maybe a call or two! I know their not Airpods or anything like that, but these are the reason I just put the money up and brought Powerbeats Pro. Add a few bucks and get Skullcandies or something else.

It’s alright one thing I don’t like is that you have to, have the left one out of the case to use the right one.

Initially, I didn't have high expectations for these headphones/earbuds. However, I was shocked with how crisp the sound was along with the bass that could be felt. The earbuds stayed in place even in my attempt to do some light jogging. Furthermore, I didn't lose any drop in connection when I walked away from my phone into other rooms. Out the things mentioned above, I'm most surprised by how premium the case and earbuds felt even for plastic. My biggest complaint lies with the difficulty in trying to operate the manual/non-touch controls on the earbuds. To prevent from pushing the headphones deep into your ear and from them falling out, you must grab the bud stem with your thumb and middle finger and then tap with your index to successfully register a "click”. Despite this hassle, these headphones are a winner.
