While I’m talking with phone always they are telling me coming same weird voice if want listen music go for it but if you are going to use as to communicate with it I don’t recommend it

Bluetooth cuts in and out when I’m one room over. Heck, it cut out at times when the phone was in my pocket. Unacceptable, I’ll probably return them as they’re only 24 hours old.

They haven't been charging at all. We've tried many things, but the one bud won't ever turn on. Both have been declining in battery even though they are plugged in.

These earbuds are surprisingly good. They are definitely not going to compete with AirPods or galaxy buds but for a fraction of the prices they are very solid. They fit well, and sound good although they have extremely limited sound on the low end. Highs and mids are fairly clean and they have a nice clicky button on the sides allowing for phone call answering etc. The charging case is small making it easily pocketable, and has indicators on the front allowing you to easily see battery life for the case. The charge points inside snap in easily magnetically so they always get the juice they need. In my experience they last an average of 3-4 hours before needing to be recharged in the case, a little less than advertised but no different than other true wireless earbuds I have used. They include 3 different sizes of the rubber in ear tips so you can ensure a snug fit, and are comfortable for long listening times. I had no issues keeping them in my ears with the right tips installed, even while active. Ultimately, if you want the absolute best sound look elsewhere. But, if you want something great for some workout tunes that are inexpensive enough to be expendable in the event of a loss or damage, or simply don’t want to spend the exorbitant money needed for the bigger name brands, then these are a great option.

Bought these because I wanted to have them as a reminder of the old gummy head phones lol you get what you pay for the sound is okay they are very cute

Had to return since they didn't work. A Geek Squad specialist couldn't get it to work either. Best Buy let me return it even though I left the box at home! Great Company!

I was expected the same quality that you get with the wired ones but the sound is actually terrible

Junk. Quit working within 4 months and Best Buy will not do anything in the form of exchange. So adios Best Buy I have bought my last item from you.

One of the ear buds stopped working after 4 days. It just stopped. No damage or water. Not recommend.

I unpaired them and now they dont want to pair to any phone. And if you want to use just one earphone, only the left one will work alone.

Absolutely horrible - do not work at all. I’ve been meaning to return them. They power on - then 2 seconds later say- power off.

I hate how these stupid things are supposed to sit in yours. I'm sure my ears are like everyone elses...how do people wear these??

Product stopped workong after a few weeks for no reason. It seemed as though it charged but it wouldn't turn on. Waste of time and money.

I got these after losing my galaxy airbuds. I think I am just going to pay for another pair of galaxy buds.

I do not recommend this earbuds. The sound is muffled and sound worse than a $5 wired earphones.

Week sounding, Poor range. Spend some more money to get a quality pair of ear buds.
