I had to replace the ear piece that goes in the ear with the smaller includes insert. There are 3 sizes. The sound is ok and lasted for hours. Includes mic for voice on zoom. It has rechargeable batteries. Comes with a charger case which guides the ear piece into alignment with the battery contacts. Magnet holds the contact in place. Has a nice small smooth charger/case. Comes with charging cable but no adaptor. I have trouble putting the ear piece into my left ear, not the fault of the device. I've used it with my phone and chromebook Bluetooth. Limited colors.

Sound is good and microphone quality is good as well. The only thing is it can act funny when trying to adjust the volume. You have to press really hard.

They keep a charge for several days and warn you when the battery is getting low. I love these so much I bought a second pair to use when listening to my books at bedtime.

Great Pair of Headphones

They get abused and keep on working. They charge easily and hold a charge for a long time. They also connect to your phone quickly. I was not going to spend the money on AirPods, and I am glad I didn't. These guys work just fine. They are also very comfortable in your ear.

I did not use them anywhere but at home. I definitely would not recommend them. I was so excited at first great sound and comfort. Then they just stopped charging an yes I did clean the points and checked everything. Maybe they are just a defective pair.
