Got these for my daughters and they are loving them. My oldest is tech savy so she has been raving about them every day. Teaching us all the things you can do. Also the battery seems to be pretty good. I will update if any problems do come up.

Hard to hold in ear.

Not good when moving or working. I like that I can get a good 6 hrs of music before having to recharge and the charger can charge about dead earphones 2x before needing to recharge itself.
