Sound is good. The only issue I have is when talking on the phone to someone, if it is windy, they can not hear you.

These were my first ever pair of bluetooth earbuds. I've always used the wired earbuds. This is also my first pair of gummies. I noticed a HUGE difference in the comfort level between the gummies and the hard plastic earbuds. The gumy earbuds conform to your inner ear and they block out a lot of noise that would otherwise seep in from the spots where the hard plastic earbuds do not conform to your ear. So the noise is blocked out which focuses the sound in your ear. Since the gummies are a soft plastic, they do not slip out when you start to sweat like the hard plastic earbuds do. This made my listening experience so much better. I wasn't constantly trying to push the earbuds in my ear all the time. When I first tried the gumy earbuds out of the box, it was so simple to setup. You pressed the flat side of the earbuds and done. Then find the JVC description in the bluetooth section of your settings and you are connected. A total of 10 seconds to pair to your phone. My initial use was for 1 hour 45 minutes right out of the box. By the time stopped using it, the battery was still good. I've used them several times for about the same amount of time each time and never had an issue with them dying because of the battery. They are charged when you put them back in their capsule, which contains a rechargeable battery. The capsule has four light squares on the front of it that indicate how much battery it has. The cable to recharge the capsule is a USB to USB-C. The sound is the same as the wired earbuds when talking on the phone. However, when listening to music, the bass is lacking. But the sound is crisp and clear. Thoughts: great product for the ease of use and ability of the earbuds to stay in your ear and not fall out, especially with the taking on and off of a facemask. The sound is great when talking on the phone, but lacks bass when listening to music. I didn't walk too far from my phone when I had the earbuds in. I walked to the next room about 20 feet away. So the range is good. I would definitely recommend this product over any hard plastic earbuds. Trust me, the comfort and ease of use far outweigh the con of the lack of bass. I would give it 4.5/5 stars just for the lack of bass.

Good battery life. Still going strong after 10mo. The kid lost mine (i know its gonna turn up in a few weeks) but now I'm getting a replacement one. Wish you could use right or left when using just one (currently the only left side works) but found i could put it in my other ear using it upside down.

Needed something small and that sounds good got the right stuff

I’ve been happy with lg neckband earbuds but these were a disappointment. The sound quality was very good but they kept fading out while playing music, even when my iPhone was right next to them. Adjusting them in my ears would consistently cause the ambient feature to turn on/off but most aggravating was the fact that software updates on their app consistently failed so I could never complete the upgrade, and I could not get phone support . I ended up returning them for a refund.

Fit in your ears perfect,allow you to hear clearly

I like the sound quality and strong connection but I didn't like that these kept falling off my ear even during light activity.

JVC - Gumy True Wireless are a nice intro to using wireless. There comfortable. But they don’t fit in the rears just right. I wouldn’t recommend running or doing any strenuous activities with the JVC - Gumy True Wireless. Good for Zoom and light every day use. I paid $29 for them. The battery life is ok. I would recommend them

Great earbuds. I love the fit. My ears don't get sore. The sound quality is good. No issues pairing them. The only thing I don't like is that if you only want to use one, you must use the left. I wish it was either. I've had 4 or 5 other brands of earbuds and this is by far the best value and most comfortable.
