TERRIBLE -- can't get connected

I have used them twice and the trouble far outweighs the benefit.....had to purchase a different set of headphones. Was so frustrated with them the first time and couldnt get connected. I set them aside (not realizing that I had exceeded the return period). I wish I would have just returned them. HATE them......takes a zillion attempts to get connected and most times, I just give up.
