Great start but broken already

I couldn’t get them to pair with my phone, my wife’s phone or my sons phone and I think they need to do some serious work on them

Poor sound quality. Did not sync right to iPhone.

However, the sound quality is poor and they did not sync properly with her iPhone 8+. The volume controls would not work and the microphone was not picking up sound. I don't fully believe that this was a issue with all of these, but rather an issue with the ones we specifically got not working. When we returned, we opted to go to a different brand due to the sound quality.

Works but quality isn’t amazing
