I brought this item because I originally had a black pair. This pair started off great, but then I started to get a static electricity noise and now the headset no matter how loud I s never loud enough.

This was my second pair after my first pair lasted about a year. I figured they would be ok for the price. There are much better inexpensive wireless headphones. Pass on these.

I bought this with 5 weeks it just stopped working. My sister had the same pronlem with hers. Do not purchase waste of money. I guess that’s y it was on sale

Don't buy, total useless. I was able to return my purchase in exchange for another brand. I brought a Sound ore Instead and it lives to everything they say.

Will not power on, noticed after a few weeks the battery would not last longer than 20 or 30 minutes. Now the battery is so toast they won't power anymore.

Would not buy or recommend this item, doesn’t work good with iPhone 7. Worked 1 time only. Followed instructions, not working. If I could return it I would have. Wasted my time and money.

Just plain junk! My wife purchased this to use in her car and it quit working within 4 months. Use your money wisely and avoid this product.

This bluetooth was easy to pair to my phone however, turning it on, you had to hold down the power button for awhile before it came on. It also made a humming sound when connected.

This was a waste of money. These headphones didn't work for long and the short time that the did there was a lot of static most of the time.

I bought this for Bluetooth talking and listening to music. I could barely hear the people talking to me and the could not hear me at all.

Although the neck piece and earbuds were comfortable, the wires were to short for the neck piece to lay flat on the neck while the earbuds were in place. I returned the item.

I returned item, on 4-30-17 and I have return reciept. And still have not received my refund, but you got your product. I've been in store 3 times and received nothing but the run around.

I bought these headphones on Dec. 22, 2017. They lasted for maybe a month. Only one side worked, then they quit charging.

Please do not waste your money. The volume doesn't go up much. When you are on the phone people can't hear you at all. You have to scream for them to hear your normal voice.

Charged it first time , worked well for the first use. A week later would not charge, dead . I am so disappointed.

I had this product for about 2 month and I am totally not pleased to the point I put them in a draw. Even with my cell in my pocket the sound quality was poor.

this was the worse item that I have ever bought I will never buy this or anything by JVC again I have lost trust

The sound is horrible. The quality is garbage. I definitely would not buy this product again

Had to exchange this item 3 times and still ended up just getting something different altogether

I was hoping I would save the extra $20 and not get the LG and it was a huge mistake. Noone could here me and I absolutely have to take it back!
