HEADPHONES DID NOT WORK!

I followed the instructions to the letter regarding set up and charging, and the unit would not play. Tried calling Customer Service and died on hold waiting for someone to answer. Terrible product and non-existent service!

Won’t charge!!

Used a few times on the plane and worked fine. Pulled them out this week. Placed on charger for a couple of days. Blue light turned on for like 2 seconds then went to RED! Will not charge. Took late to return. Glad they were only $20 but still. Pretty awful!!
