Honda Odyssey issues

I had an appointment set 2 weeks out which turned out would take longer so another was set for 3 weeks. At the first appointment it took them 1 hour to tell me I needed to come back. At the second appointment it took 6 hours and I was never told it would remove my navigation system and 6 CD changer. I would have to make another appointment to change it but as I am waiting to hear back from the store manager the radio doesn’t even work. It will go from fm to am to usb on it’s own then pause and when I turn the steering wheel the volume goes down or up on it’s own. I now have to go back in to have it taken out and out my navigation system back in because the radio is useless.and on top of that the old radio is still so now it looos like I have 2 radios.

Received Open Box, parts missing

I returned the unit to local store, No store within 250 miles had a replacement. Refunded. Purchased same unit elsewhere.
