    Started out good. Sound quality was good. After a short three week, the right ear bud stopped sending sound. There are no breaks in the cord, no visible damage. These were used by an elderly person who watches tv on a tablet. Not a child or someone hard on things. I guess you get what you pay for.

    I don’t ever look at other suppliers except Apple because they have always worked well and it was nice that these are always in stock at Best Buy. I do a lot of walking and could not live without my headphones
