I didn't care for these ear buds at all--they did not stay in my ears and I constantly had to adjust them. Returned them for another brand.

Easy to set up. The value seems to be higher than the price

The buds come in a nice black compact case that I dropped on the rug a couple of times before opening, to see if the case would stay closed...it did. It has a magnetic closure. On the outside back of the case is a type A charging port, the front has two charging lights that are invisible unless being charged. And finally on top is the JVC logo. Opening the case, meets minimal but noticeable resistance from the magnets. The earbuds inside look, to me like ipods in black. They have a small LED on the end of the bar that shows the level of charge, this turns off once removed from the case. On the inside bar of the pods are the charging ports. The tips on both pods are where the mouthpieces are located. After pairing the pods to my phone, putting them back in the case and taking them out again they are good to go. The sound, when listening to my music is really great I'm hearing all the lows and highs as they should be. And calls are clear om my end, however the caller hears all the ambient sounds like the TV or dog barking very clearly. The only down side for me is the volume has to come from whatever device its paired with, no volume on the buds. They are very comfotable to wear and come with multiple ear pieces, after a couple of minutes I forget they're there. Overall I like them

I can't get the left one to charge. Contacted JVC and they made a some suggestions to reset but it didn't work. Contacted again and they have been ignoring me.

The JVC - Marshmallow+ True Wireless In-Ear Headphones are a great pair of wireless earbuds that offer some great features at a relatively low price point. I really like that each earbud has its own microphone allowing you to use only one at a time without sacrificing any of the features, if desired. This means you can use one earbud while the other is charging since they each only last about 5 hours, but with the charging case capable of providing an additional 25 hours, there is more than enough power to last me an entire day while using the switching out method. This is great because I really like the way these earbuds sound. I like to wear mine throughout the workday to listen to music and sports talk radio and I have no complaints when it comes to the audio quality. As for comfort, with the assortment of tips that are included, it wasn’t hard to find the right fit for me. They do tend to cause a little bit of ear tenderness after long periods of use, but this isn’t necessarily a negative since it is to be expected with this sort of product. Overall, I think the JVC - Marshmallow+ True Wireless In-Ear Headphones are a great pair of wireless earbuds at this price point and I highly recommend them!
