Not worthy of the JVC/Kenwood name

I'll start out by saying these are the second most uncomfortable earbuds I've worn. No matter what position I turned them or which ear I stuck them in, they never seated inside the ear. They just barely hung on outside the ear canal and pointed at the skin. I tried all the tips to see if they would help and I had a friend try them as well to the same effect. The angle of the earbud is too sharp to the external post. There is a good reason that most other earbuds go straight out. As for sound, I tried to give them a good listen, but then decided why these were not worthy of the JVC/Kenwood name. I've had many amps and speakers from Kenwood and JVC in the day and I've loved the sound quality. These sound like cheap knock offs. The highs sound scratchy and almost ear piercing and the lows are nearly non-existent. I have cheaper earbuds that do a lot more for sound range and fit properly. Then there is noticeable lag between the two earbuds. If you quickly turn the volume up or down, one ear will lag behind the other in loudness, even though both produce the same sound at the same time. I did not notice any audio lag while watching videos, so I don't know why this is occurring. Lastly, this is 2021. Stop shipping charging cases with micro-USB. I'm tired of keeping around adapters for items that haven't switched to USB-C.

These a quite comfortable and the audio is above average. You do get what you pay for, but if you want great noise cancelation and better bass, you will need to pay more.

I’m very disappointed in these headphones. They never stay charged more than 30 minutes no matter how long they are on the charger. They are user friendly and constantly fall out of my ears making them basically more of a pain than it’s worth. If I could give them half a star that would be too much. If someone stole these from me they’d be doing me a favor.

    Horrific Garbage

While the price is a nice point, the quailty leaves much to be desired. The most glaring issue is battery longevity, within 6 months the battery life was already half and charging becomes increasingly slower. Beyond that there are still a few issues, like the touch buttons being finicky and unresponsive. While working or moving a lot, the button may graze your ear and pause the music, but will not resume when you try to press the touch buttons. Sometimes the device will just randomly disconnect or even cause your music app to close. There are far better ear buds for far less.

The product works and sound clearly but it keeps up going off from time to time. It's doesn't last pas two hour of playing time. Pretty sensitive to any touch to means one side of of the earphone will go off. Short battery life.

I was expecting better quality off this product, the left one hardly has any volume and the battery runs out within an hour of talking time.

Don't Buy if Snugness is a Concern

If you have absolutely ANY concern about these fitting in your ears perfectly, do not buy them. I tried all the different earpiece sizes, and none of them fit snugly, but that's not even the problem. The problem is that when you go to secure them or push them into your ears further, it activates the "touch" sensors on them and beeps loudly while pausing whatever you were listening to. Returning them tomorrow.
