    I could not get them to pair. The salesman assured me that they would work with my TV, but they didn't. I had to drive 130 miles to return them. I used your website to try to return them that way, and your AI is stupid. I could not get a real person to talk to when I called Best Buy to get some sort of help. I got the runaround. I am so disappointed.

    Got these for around 20 have good bass and you could adjust sound via headphones but they are sensitive
