      Ear buds work great. Not happy with the wires. You can’t adjust them and one is longer than the other.

      The earphones work well. The only thing missing is a clip to anchor the wire to your running shirt or jacket!

      I use these headphones to workout. Though I want to try the blue tooth ones soon. But recently on the news I heard that blue tooth headphones my be linked to cancer. I don't know if its true or not.. But with this being said I think these headphones are safer. I guess. But I still plan to get a blue tooth pair. Lol..
