Poor Quality for Basic Listening Needs

Good brand bad ear buds

So I will be returning them for a refund unless the people in the store can show me how to connect them.

Ear buds

They read as delivered but the item never arrived. I’m very disappointed and wish that there was something else could do to fix it.
