Good price and hearing is good but I get complaints on microphone via people saying it sounds bad, like I’m on speakphone and standing far away.

Bad sound echo static, fall out ear, hard to connect and it needs charging to much. These need to be taken off the market ASAP.

They not recommended for running or exercise as stated

JVC - True Wireless Earbuds is a good quality and reliable. It works very well for calls as well as listening to music. Thus I recommend it for all uses..

At the beginning they sounded great but at the 3rd day the right side didn't work anymore, so we take them back and got some JBL's instead...

Was not a fan of these. Was expecting a better sound from JVC to be honest. I guess times have changed in the audio department. They are good for phone calls. I would not recommend these for music listeners. Just the audio quality is below subpar. Any other Headphones for the same price maybe even less will sound better. I like JVC but these were a quick return. They connected fine, I could hear vocals and voice calls fine. Anything with a tither of Bass or a hard drum, it would cackle. Maybe I had a bad pair, but I returned these before the end of the week.

I’m happy with JVC customer support, only one email solved the problem which couldn’t at store.

Good item would recommend to get it to people they would be happy

I really didn't except much because they were such a good deal, but these ear buds actually are quite good. I've tried ear buds that are 6 times the price, but sound the same.

Great product for the price. I use them when I go to the gym, now that Samsung got rid of the headphone jack.

These JVC Earbuds are the best that I have ever owned. Since I have a small ear canal the Buds stay in place and they don't fall out or move around.

Not good they are too big, not comfortable at all, around the quality is bad. Is better to pay more for better quality. I returned them the same day.

So bad COSTOMER service I trying to see device and employee not giving me to see m not Open he said even I don’t give u in your hand. So common I said $250 items I can’t see even bad so so bad Salinas store employee . If I have choice I go somewhere and buy my items but so bad he said it’s policy but common I told them it’s selling stuff people want see first then buy I understand not open box but still make sure if Salinas Best Buy employee do this it’s sooner close store

Best headphones I ever bought, would definitely buy them again.

My daughter wanted these to use for school work. She loves them, and they work great for what they were bought for.

The quality is what you expect from something this cheap, but it started to rub the inside of my ears after some time using them

Excellent product. Just want I wanted. The lid is the case might not be necessary. It virtual be more practical that way
