Will not buy this brand again or from Best Buy

And way too sensitive where I would barely touch it and they would turn off. Now Im stuck with them because I was out of state during the return period. And Best buy will not return now. Horrible customer here as well!

Texture issues

I’ve called Best Buy to get it exchanged and they told me they couldn’t.

Mike stopped working
