Very poor sound quality. Also doesn’t fit well in the ear.

I only had them for 2 days and the right is not working any more. I went back to Best Buy and they don’t have warranty I have to go JVC for replacement.

Woked for about three weeks. Then one stopped working.

Don’t waste your money, the audio isn’t good and mic is bad. these were more of an inconvenience than anything, ended up buying AirPods a week later

I bought 2 of these and after 3 months you can smell the electrical current in the charging port even when it is not plug in to be charged. The unit only had a 15 day return policy so I'm out of the money and no ear buds, because I don't feel safe wearing them.

No good quality.becuase the sound is very pretty poor on this product.i will recommend Best buy not purchased this items or even selling it to their customers because it will give a very bad image to the store...

A month has passed and they stopped charging. The store does not help with repairs, they send a service sample Apple, the service in the store is simply terrible.

Thought would be good cheap buds but had to retiurn them they were so awful. Uncomfortable, very confusing button (or lack thereof), bad sound quality. Not worth the $29 price whicj is saying something!

They are fine for 20 bucks. They play sound but not loud at all.

They are just trash. It worked only for a month until it went out side return window and stopped working. Such a waste of time and money. Please avoid it by all means.

I use them as spare for when ever I forget the other ones

Purchased to use with MEE hub to used in watching tv with surround sound. Had to manually repair them with every use as opposed to over ear head phones which re-pair automatically with every use.

I bought this product a month ago. Yesterday, the right earbud stopped connecting to Bluetooth. I'm disappointed . The first month works really well.

Some of the worst budget earbuds I've ever used. The lack of rubber piece means they cannot stay in your ears and the sound quality is that of a DSi flipnote

You get what you pay for. These sound poorly and do not hold up. Would not recommend.

1 hour battery back during call or listening music

These JVC wireless Earbuds are fairly decent considering their price point. Sound is above average for a set of buds at this price and the build quality is fine. I mean, they're plastic earbuds, what more do you expect. They are comfortable in my ears and that's an important point for me. There is no active noise cancellation but at this price point that is not to be expected. Compared to other earbuds I've used they are passable but any external noise is going to be heard. This can be a good thing if you're jogging or biking new a busy road of if you have children and you need to hear if one kid is beating the other up. One complaint is the connectivity. When paired via Bluetooth to my iPhone if the phone is in my pocket (where it normally resides when not in active use) there is an occasional loss of signal between the earbuds and my phone. Battery life is acceptable with fully charged buds lasting me about 3 hours between charges in the included charging case. On phone calls people say they can hear me just fine and they come through fairly well. Overall, if you're looking for a cheaper pair of wireless earbuds you could a lot worse than these.
