Horrible directions

They keep falling out of my ears after awhile. I have to remove them in the toilet and when using kitchen. Afraid to wear them out of the house for fear of loosing them. Not loud at all. Directions? Should not have directions like these.

One week after the Best Buy Return Policy expired (approx. 3 weeks after purchase) on of the ear pieces just stopped working completely. But I guess what do you expect for $23.00 purchase. Liked the color and liked the fit, Sound wasn't bad either.

Great for music, not quite for calls

It’s a little difficult for the person on the other side to hear what you’re saying. And hearing them sounds like they’re in a well. But I just wanted to listen to the Bible as I slept, so as mentioned earlier, if you want to listen to music or audiobooks. You don’t have to pay more than $30 for great earbuds such as these. They also connected instantly to my iPhone 14
