Audio/Mic is good but not made for my small ears

The buds are hard plastic ear pieces without any silicone covers and don't fit my small ears. They are painful for me to wear. They did not work for working out as they give me blisters. Even sitting on conference calls with them is painful.

Cheap quality

I’ve had them for about 3 weeks and at first they were awesome. I was able to hear everything great and use the microphone for meetings which was super helpful. After about 2 weeks when I plugged them into my laptop they stopped connecting. They now won’t connect to any device. After only two weeks of use and no damage they shouldn’t have any issues.
